You know the star Brad Pitt that he is today but you don’t know the struggle he has gone through to reach here. Some of his achievements include:
• Academy award nominated American actor
• Academy award Film Producer
• Golden Globe award winner
• Regarded as Hollywood A-lister by media
• Most Attractive men alive proclaimed by media.
These are just some of his achievements. Pitt was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Then his family shifted to Springfield, Missouri where his family moved just after he was born. In 1987, he arrived at the Hollywood’s footsteps at Beverly Hills, California. He worked under the acting director, Roy London for six years. His first appearance on screen was in the movie Head of the Class. After that he also gave a guest appearance in Growing pains and ‘another world’. After that he appeared in many films with no such real success.

He tasted his first real success in 1988 in the movie The Dark Side of the Sun. The movie was shot in Yugoslavia where he shot for 7 weeks which earned him $1523 per week. However this film was released years later. After that he made it big way into the Hollywood and became an A-lister. He did films like Oceans eleven and its sequels, Troy etc. In March 2006, Paramount purchased the rights to ‘the sparrow’ for Pitt’s production company. This was the time when he gave great hits like Mr. & Mrs. Smith in which he and Angelina Jolie played assassins. Pitt made his Hollywood return in late 2006 with critically acclaimed Babel. The movie bagged a total of seven academy awards and golden globe nominations. That same year he also did the best picture award winner, ‘the departed’.

On a personal front, he married friend and actress Jennifer Aniston at Malibu on July 29, 2000.The couple ensured that the marriage would be a private affair by hiring hundreds of guards. Their marriage was considered as a rare Hollywood success until rumors came out about their marital problem. As Pitt’s marriage was on the rocks rumors began to circulate about him and Angelina Jolie being together because of their great chemistry in the film Mr. & Mrs. Smith. The rumors were given more fire when the couple was seen together one month after Pitt’s divorce with Aniston. Their photos were sold for $5,00,000.During the following summer they were seen increasingly together and this was when the term ‘Bragelina’ was coined. Two months later W magazine’s cover story featured them as a couple. Pitt and Jolie are still not married and when asked about this all Pitt had to say was, "Angie and I will consider tying the knot when everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able.” Now the rumors are flying around that Angelina Jolie is pregnant with brad Pitt’s baby but no one has confirmed this from the bragelina couple. So we will all have to wait and watch.

So you now know how Brad Pitt has worked his way up the ladder. It’s not been easy for him. We think it is easy because we just see the final picture. Anyway my good wishes are with the couple and their coming baby.
