Despite all of the brilliant colours now available on the market for bathrooms and kitchens, the vast majority of all home renovators remain with neutral colour tones.

Neutral colours don’t date a property as much as seasonal colour ranges such as lime green and bright orange. Neutral colours also tend to be better value for money, as they have higher production runs and therefore a lower cost,” said Elvio.
